ISLAMABAD: A 17-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) has resumed hearing of 18th amendment petitions here on Wednesday.“A strong base is needed for the stability of all institutions,” said Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry while giving his remarks during hearing.He further said that no one can reject Objectives Resolution, the present Parliament has taken its notice after 25 years and removed its errors.Earlier, Hamid Khan Lawyer of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has said in his arguments that Indian Constitution also has the Articles of not challenging constitution’s amendments, instead of that Indian Courts have taken the notice of these amendments.
