KARACHI: Chief Justice of Sindh High Court (SHC) has taken notice of arrests of youths in violation of pillion riding ban here on Sunday.


The CJ has also directed all magistrates to visit police stations and order their release.


Mushir Alam, the Chief Justice also ordered that no accused could spend night in police stations.


He directed magistrates to issue released orders on easy conditions, adding that release the accused on the basis of CNIC if needed.


It is to be mentioned here that yesterday, the Sindh government imposed a ban on pillion riding in the city for three days. CNBC
