QUETTA: Four members of a non-governmental organization (NGO) were released by Taliban kidnappers here on Sunday.


The NGO members were kidnapped on December 11 last year from Pishin area of the province. They belonged to the Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP).


They were later shifted to North Waziristan. The kidnappers had killed two of the NGO workers after not receiving ransom amount.


Sources said that the four freed workers were identified as Syed Mujeeb Rehman, Bashir Ahmed, Aftab Ahmed and Bor Muhammad. CNBC
